Tad was awesome to work with. Although he was new to Charlotte and North Carolina, he knew the market and was ready and willing to take me where ever I thought I wanted to be. He sent me daily suggestions in my price range. He was fine with me changing to a lender I knew and understood. We purchased our home last year with the help of a great agent, Tad Anderson. I flew out from California on two occasions to meet with Tad and tour some houses we had found on the internet and a few that Tad recommended. Tad made sure we had plenty of time on the few days I was in town and I truly appreciated the way he actually listened to my feedback about the houses we toured. He knew our 'must haves' and our 'wish list' and didn't waste time if he knew a listing wouldn't check enough of the boxes. When I returned to California after the second trip, I was a bit disappointed we hadn't yet located 'the one' but a few days later we received a call from Tad alerting us to a new listing. He did a telephonic walk-through of the home sending many, many pictures while he did so. I had spent enough time with Tad that I was confident he would know when the house was perfect. We were so confident in fact, that we put in an offer without personally seeing the house. And he was right, it is perfect! Just what we had been searching for!
